Cancellation Policy – The Back and Body Clinic

Please note that once you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

To avoid this fee, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
